We want you to be completely satisfied.
Most items we sell can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt of your shipment subject to the conditions below. However, a 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Returns must be initiated using our online returns system or by calling us. Claims for items damaged in shipping or for missing items or accessories must be made within 2 days of receipt of the item(s). Damaged or defective items will be exchanged at no charge.
To Return Items (minus restocking and shipping fees)
- Items must be in new resellable condition
- Items must be in the original packaging with all of the original accessories, documentation, manuals and warranty cards
- Warranty cards or certificates must be blank and not filled out
- Packaging must have it’s originally UPC / serial number (if applicable)
- Consumable / media items such as paints, lightbulbs, etc, must be unopened and in the sealed original packaging
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the shipment
- Some items are non-returnable as detailed below
Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be reimbursed.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the return of items that are not returned in new condition or where the original packaging, enclosed documentation and/or accessories are missing or damaged.
We will not be held responsible for personal items or data left in returned merchandise or included in the return shipping box.
No Return or Exchange on the Following
- Custom Cut Items
All sales are final for custom cut items such as cables or shielding materials that are cut to order. They may not be returned for credit, exchange or refund.
- Consumable / Media Items
Consumable items may not be returned once they have been opened. Consumable / media items include products such as paints, lightbulbs, tape, etc. They may only be returned if they have never been opened and are still in the sealed original packaging.
- Software and Electronic Downloads
All sales are final for software and electronic downloads. They may not be returned for credit, exchange or refund.
- Fabrics and Canopies
We do not allow returns or exchanges for fabrics and canopies.
- Special Order Items
All sales are final for special order items. Special order items are products that we do not normally carry in our inventory. As such, items marked as special order in our catalog may not be returned for credit, exchange or refund.
- Items Marked Non-Returnable
Items marked non-returnable on the product page of our website or in our catalog may not be returned for credit, exchange or refund.
